Touch Mobile Prepaid Credit Philippines have confirmed that order 1821431, placed on 01/08/2026 17:34:53 ET for a mobile recharge has been successfully processed and the credit has been added to the phone number you chose.

They also provided the reference number 463320915 as proof that the full & correct amount was added to the beneficiary's account.

The beneficiary in Philippines can confirm the top-up & balance directly with Touch Mobile Prepaid Credit by contacting them locally and quoting the date & time of the transaction and number recharged.

Hello,

Checking your account, the orders have failed because:

- for order 1820147, the operator advised that the number you entered is not a valid or prepaid TNT number;
- for order 1820191, the operator TNT advised that the number you entered has a different plan enabled and the one you chose isn't compatible with the number.

Therefore, both orders have been cancelled and you will not be charged for them. If there is a deduction on your credit or debit card, your bank will typically release the funds within 2 working days. It is common practice for banks to temporarily hold funds from your card during a transaction but be assured that we will not collect the funds.
