These notices frequently carry response deadlines of 30 days or less, making timely action critical. When a notice's response deadline has passed, taxpayers are often required to contact the taxing agency directly to determine whether the matter has been resolved, whether a subsequent notice has been issued, or whether a response can still be submitted. This information helps us determine the appropriate next steps and whether representation can continue.
