TeaVivre has great customer service and…

TeaVivre has great customer service and offers top-notch teas. I will continue shopping from them.

Great Oolong…

I ordered the award winning milk oolong tea. It may take several days for the package to get to me from China, but the wait is worth it, this variety is a superior taste experience. I have ordered twice so far, will order again.

Tea and some more

Free sampling programmes, great tea, good discount, excellent packaging.

Consistent excellence and reliability

I've been buying tea from TeaVivre for many years and have found the quality to be consistently good. The free shipping to New Zealand (over a minimum value) puts TeaVivre ahead of most other vendors, and the products are always very well packaged — I've never had the contents damaged. The recent offer of free samples, without even buying anything else, was very much appreciated, and I found several new teas I'll add to future orders. When I forgot to redeem a time-limited voucher I contacted TeaVivre and Mary immediately added a generous extension to the deadline. My experience has left me very happy with the service the products.

High-quality teas at reasonable prices with excellent customer service

Have been a loyal customer for almost a decade and have tried other online tea retailers over that period. Teavivre is by far the best in terms of quality and selection of teas, prices and customer service. They have grown significantly over the years but their customer service remains remarkable!

Excellent teas

Excellent teas. Fun to get some free samples.

Wonderful tea and excellent company

I love Teavivre’s teas. Their jasmine blends are my favorites above all others I have tried. So many of their teas are high quality, delicious, and reasonably priced. I have always had great service, as well, and customer support is very responsive.

Good stuff!

Great quality tea. First time customer and I will definitely be back.
