At TechMikeNY, we have developed a suite of testing procedures -- distilled into our comprehensive testing software TIPS. Due to our use of TIPS and to our packaging and shipping procedures, we are able to provide industry leading low RMA rates on all storage leaving our facilities. However, once a drive is in the hands of a carrier, uncontrollable damage may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team was able to get replacement drives sent out to you.
