Not a single one of these items was delivered. Support/Customer-Service is either non-existant or they ignored everything i tried to get in touch or at least get my money (more than 200$) back. If you do not like being scammed you should avoid this shop. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Misleading advertising, extremely poor quality - Asparuh Teofilov · 2025-12-22 Misleading advertising, extremely poor quality I ordered from Techwear Shop expecting a product similar to what was shown in the photos. What I received has absolutely nothing in common with the advertised item. The quality is extremely poor — so bad that I did not even remove the product from the shipping package. It was immediately obvious that the materials, design, and overall appearance do not match the pictures or description on the website in any way. It shouldn't cost more than $4, but it costs $39. This feels like misleading advertising. I have attached photos showing the product exactly as received. Honestly, this is the worst product I have ever received from an online store. I have contacted the seller and requested a full refund. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website. ### ★☆☆☆☆ scammed me do not buy. - Freya Prissberg · 2025-05-29 · 已验证 scammed me, they do not send the product nor provide refunds. avoid at all costs. ### ★☆☆☆☆ It's a scam do not order - freya · 2025-05-09 It's a scam do not order they do not ship you any product. It has been over a month and a half, zero updates. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Never got the item and after several… - ERIKA TORRES · 2024-12-10 · 已验证 Never got the item and after several promises - due to them moving locations was the reason for delay. Never got it , never got reimbursed. Even though i was told due to the wait they will reimburse me and still send me the scarf. And got none - since last year ### ★★★★★ Best Quality Products this shop - Pannatat Phetnil · 2024-11-15 Best Quality Products this shop, And Good Follow up Delivery. The Products is so cool. I ordered pants, I like them. But the tracking of the parcels is in a very bad state. I did not receive any notifications about my order for a long time. The link that they gave me to track the order did not make any sense. I had to write to technical support to find out where my parcel was. Support responded in 2 days. > 商家回复 (2024-07-29): Thanks dmytro for the review. now the tracking system is fixed glad you had a happy experience with us ### ★★★★★ When i received the goods - Chiu Matthew Wong · 2024-06-19 When i received the goods, i was pleasantly surprised.a The quality is quite good. I wasn't aware the product came directly from china, and as a result became concerned when it was taking nearly a month to arrive. when I asked the customer service to give me an order confirmation number or more details, they gave me the wrong information, and addressed me as 'brother' which led me to believe the entire site was a hoax, and in fact, I was incredibly close to going to my bank to get my funds back until Royal Mail contacted me that my product had arrived in the country. I would recommend that the customer service be more literate in not using English slang terms, for a more professional outlook. > 商家回复 (2024-01-31): We appreciate your honest feedback. glad you are happy with the steven cargo pants. We ordered the first pair and they were too small so they do run small. We had to return them and exchange them for a larger size, and now they fit perfect. I will say the customer service is great.
