We carefully reviewed the photographs and information you provided. Based on what we observed, the finish on the inside of the lugs and around the spring bar holes appears consistent with the manufacturing and finishing of this Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional model, and we did not identify evidence of a manufacturing defect.

As an authorized Omega retailer, we cannot determine warranty coverage or manufacturing defects on Omega's behalf. Those decisions can only be made by Omega after inspecting the watch, which is why we recommended that you contact them directly for a formal evaluation.

We're sorry that our communication left you feeling unsupported. Our intention was to provide the most accurate guidance based on our review and our role as an authorized retailer. While we respect that you disagree with our assessment, we appreciate your feedback and remain committed to assisting customers through the manufacturer's warranty process.
