Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the merchandise, noting that items arrive in stunning condition with beautiful packaging that exceeds expectations. Consumers also note the incredibly helpful staff and support team who provide responsive, polite, and attentive communication throughout the entire purchasing process.
However, some reviewers mentioned encountering occasional issues or receiving items with noticeable flaws in craftsmanship. A few customers also observed delivery setbacks or stated that certain goods did not quite match their expectations for authenticity. Despite these specific concerns, people generally appreciated the willingness of the team to help resolve problems.
I've purchased twice from Temafes and will continue to work with the. First was a standard quality LV bag - took about 2 weeks to get this (shipped from NY). Quality and design was really good. They texted to check in on my order and make sure I was happy. Second order was a backpack - had issues this but they were quick to help and figure out how to fix it. Unfortunately they didn't have another one in stock so they helped change my order to a true to original leather backpack. Quality and details are great. There is def an elevated standard of care - I know that If i need something or have issues all I need to do is text my dedicated advisor and he will get right back to me.

From day one, communication was constant. They reached out with updates I did not expect. Item arrived through FedEx and immediately received a text informing me it was here and asking if I was satisfied. It’s a beautiful bag with perfect packaging. The box presentation is perfect as I’m gifting it to my wife!

Service and quality are excellent. I bought two belts and they were really good in quality. I got two complements the first day I use one of them. I got a LV and a Hermes. If you have doubts on quality or service or that it is a scam like many other places Temafes is not. I am going to order one pair of Prada’s shoes and a Wallet from LV.
