- Haris Augustynas · 2026-05-05

A bit pricey and customer service wasn’t that friendly.

- Tvrtko Kenda · 2026-02-01

Shoes I ordered broke after less than 10 hours of usage. All I want is new shoes that aren't broken or a refund, neither of which is happening apparently.

- Alan Milković · 2025-12-01

I have been a Tennis Zone customer for 5 years now and have spent thousands of euros on equipment with them. Unfortunately, today they have lost a loyal client.

I had an issue with a return that could have been resolved very easily with a little good will.

It is disappointing to realize that to this company, you are just a transaction number, no matter how long you have been a loyal customer. There are other tennis equipment shops that value their regular customers – Tennis Zone is obviously not one of them. I do not recommend them if you expect any after-sales support.
