Hello Daniel, I apologize that the wait time for answers has been longer than you had hoped. The problem is that each liner is custom to each particular unit (so slide liner A won't work with slide B). On top of that, some old units are just not supported anymore. So we have to research each unit individually and then have a new slide mat manufactured for the unit. Add on top of that the fact that COVID-19 has put additional strain on the system, and you'll understand why replacing a slide mat is a lengthy process. If you are in need of any other slide mats, please take a picture of the ID panel on the front of your slide and send it directly to [email protected] and we can look into the order for you.
