Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am disappointed to hear about your experience with their customer service. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal. If you would be able to provide me with the number and day you called so I can confirm with Access Medical and have them check their records to see who you spoke with that day. Once we determine who you spoke with we can submit a formal complaint to management.
