I sent the strips in the prepaid box sent to me by you. The message to my email confirmed their arrival Then more communication saying I would receive payment in 5/8 business days and within that time frame a check came as I had requested that method of payment Great service. Hello, thank you for this review. This often happens in transit, and we can only go by the condition in which we receive the items. Therefore, we strongly recommend including packaging material that will protect the quality of the product in transit such as bubble wrap, starch packaging or anything else that secures your product in place.

Said 2 of my boxes were damaged so they could pay less when they were not damaged. Would not respond to my email or send the photos I asked for as proof.

We strongly recommend fortifying your product within the packaging with bubble wrap or packing peanuts to preserve the quality of the condition of the product. We do hope to work with you again.
