I ordered two because both me and my wife are fed up of pricking our fingers to measure blood glucose (we already have a Blood Oximeter). They arrived today but they are simply blood oximeters like the one we already have. I saw the same ad on youtube this evening and wrote down thaisolemarket.com which was the only evidence in the ad about the company. I would like to return them and get my money back. I only gave 2 stars because it actually arrived. It only measures blood oxygen despite the claims made on their you tube adverts claiming collaberation with Guys/St Thomas hospitals. I bought two of them. When I tried it, it bent after it was fully expanded. When I hit it against the floor it snapped. So it is not a sturdy product. Then it's not at all easily retractable. No matter how many times I tried to return it back to the original shape I couldn't do it. I sent an email to Thaisolemarket and told them that I would like to return it. But they didn't reply to my email.
