Cordiali Saluti! ### ★★☆☆☆ big delay in shipping - Giovanna · 2025-12-07 The products are very good, but the slow shipping makes me suspicious of the company. I placed my order on November 24th, and it's December 7th, and the website still says "order to be processed." I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was a message telling me to be patient... not very effective, then. Besides, I spent a lot of money on the products. I wanted to order more for my friends, but I'm giving up because I really don't think they'd arrive in time for Xmas. I hope the message helps me finally receive my order. Cordiali Saluti! ### ★★★★★ Balaayah body oil - Martina Eleftheriou · 2025-07-25 I use the Balaayah body oil since months now it’s super I cannot do without anymore my skin is luminous, hydrated, tonic, the delivery it’s super quick ! I ordered 2 face oils and a body oil. I absolutely love the face oils and both will be repeat purchases. Unfortunately the body oil wasn't great for me and I found that it didn't give the desired results and so I contacted the customer service team who offered a replacement product or refund, no questions asked. I opted for a replacement product and have been advised today that it will be issued. Overall completely satisfied with the company and have recommended to friends. (2024-04-25): Namaste Leeanne! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the face oils you purchased and that our customer service team was able to assist you promptly with the body oil concern.
