(2026-06-22): Hello Jackie, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, but we do want to clarify that our cabinet door samples are free. The $20 charge is for shipping only, which is a cost charged by the shipping carrier and not something we keep as profit. We understand every company handles sample programs differently, but our goal is always to make it affordable for customers to see the cabinet color, finish, and quality before making a larger kitchen purchase. While the sample itself is free, the shipping cost is unfortunately not refundable because it is paid toward getting the sample delivered. Customer service is very important to us, and the way we take care of our customers is reflected in the hundreds of reviews we have received over the years. We stand behind our service, our products, and the way we handle each order from start to finish. We appreciate you considering us and wish you the best with your project. We truly appreciate your business and your honest feedback. We’d like to clarify that your order was shipped from our facility in two separate packages. Once the shipment is handed over to UPS, the delivery timing of each box is unfortunately outside of our control. At times, carriers will scan, route, and deliver packages separately even when they leave us together. We completely understand how it can be frustrating when everything does not arrive at the same time. If there is anything we can assist you with, please feel free to give us a call at 888-495-0210 Thank you again for choosing The Cabinet Spot for your project.
