(2026-03-13): Frank, thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback and for updating your review. I appreciate your patience throughout this process.

I want to sincerely apologize for the multiple reschedules you experienced. While weather delays in Iowa during winter are sometimes unavoidable, I understand that four reschedules, especially with the van breakdown and missed communication from the crew created significant frustration and uncertainty for you. That's not the experience we want our customers to have, and I take full responsibility for the lack of communication and coordination, I'm working with our manufacturer to improve communication and reduce delays with our customers.

Thanks for the kind words as well, I'm happy you were pleased with my service. Please reach back out in the future if there is anything else we can do for you.

(2025-11-18): Hey Kevin!

I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues with a carport you ordered.

My name is Brody, I'm the Founder and Sales Manager of/at The Carport Co. I actually sent you a quote on September 16, 2025 at 11:08 AM Eastern.

Unfortunately, that's where our communication ended. Since you didn't submit your phone number we had no way to follow up regarding your inquiry.

It would appear you ordered your carport from a different company (no hard feelings!).

While we always welcome feedback from our customers, whether it's positive or negative, in this case, it seems you've got us mixed up with a different company. We would greatly appreciate you deleting your review and directing it towards whomever you're having issues with.

Kind regards,

(2025-10-22): Thank you for the feedback, Jerry. We're glad our install crew exceeded expectations!

Regarding sales support - our sales team answered all questions during your initial phone calls. However, it appears that after placing your order, you may have been directed to our order processing department for additional questions. Unfortunately, they don't have the same technical knowledge as our sales team.

You've identified an important gap in our process that we'll address to ensure all customers know that technical questions and design inquiries should go directly to their assigned sales representative, not order processing.

If you have any remaining product questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'd more than happy to help. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and thank you for choosing The Carport Co.!

(2025-10-17): We thank you very much for taking the time to leave an honest review that will help future customers and for choosing The Carport Co. for your project. We're glad you had a great experience with our sales manager, Brody.

(2025-07-29): Thank you so much for the great review and for choosing The Carport Co! We are so happy your installation went well and hope to work with you again in the future!
