We understand how frustrating it is to discover after enrollment that you purchased courses you ultimately didn't need. We've escalated your situation to our management team, and someone will be reaching out to you shortly to review the courses included in your package. We'll be happy to discuss which courses are unnecessary based on your licensing needs and determine the appropriate resolution, whether that's a refund or course credits. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the courses themselves, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right. Thank you for choosing The CE Shop for your continuing education. (2026-08-11): April, we're sorry to hear you came away with this impression. The CE Shop does not develop course content based on political viewpoints or bias toward any race or group. Our courses are created to meet the education requirements established by each state, and the required topics, learning objectives, and course content are reviewed and approved by the applicable state regulatory agency before they are offered to students. We have not received similar feedback regarding this course. If there are specific questions or sections you believe are inaccurate or inappropriate, we encourage you to share those examples with us. We'd be happy to have our management and Curriculum teams review them. Our goal is to provide students with accurate, state-compliant education that prepares them to succeed in their profession. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and wish you the best in your real estate career. ### ★★★★★ 获得 CE 学分的好方法 - Lucky Dague · 2026-08-11 · 已验证 > 商家回复 (2026-08-11): Lucky, we're so glad The CE Shop made earning your continuing education credits a great experience!
