Hi Jean, we are very sorry about your experience! We have sent the email to you for the tracking details, please kindly check! Have a blessed day!

Hello Frank, We are very sorry about your experience! We have sent you an email with a solution, please kindly check. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, have a blessed day!

Hi Alan, Sorry for the shoe doesn't meet your expectation. We will strive to improve the quality of our shoes. We feel sorry that the shopping experience may not be perfect, hope you can once again look around at FitVille.
