Thanks for the trust, and we'll be ready whenever you're looking to sell miles again! (2026-08-06): We're so glad everything worked out, and it's even better knowing the remaining miles will help with such a special trip. Congratulations to your daughter, and thank you for the recommendation—we truly appreciate it! (2026-08-04): We love the pun! 😄 More importantly, we're thrilled your first experience with a miles broker turned out to be such a positive one. It was a pleasure helping you put those expiring miles to good use, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We look forward to working with you again soon. (2026-08-03): Hi Skyler, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the length of time we needed access to your account, as well as the payment hold placed by PayPal due to your account not having seller status, which unfortunately is outside of our control. Throughout the process, we explained these requirements at each stage, ensured you understood them, and confirmed your agreement before proceeding and sending payment. We value all feedback, as it helps us improve and gives others a better understanding of how our process works. If you would like to discuss your experience further, we encourage you to contact your account manager or email us at noa@themilesmarket.com. We'd be happy to answer any questions or address any remaining concerns. (2026-08-03): Those are two of the best qualities we can be known for.
