### ★☆☆☆☆ Cool drinkware, Terrible, Non Existent Customer Service
- Monica Cress · 2024-09-27

This company sells drinkware - wine tumblers, travel coffee mugs, water bottles, etc. I've ordered their wine tumblers as gifts for clients. The tumblers are good quality and I like that we can customize them with our company logo. BUT...Thily has terrible, near non-existent customer service. The only way to contact them is by sending an email which they may or may not reply to within 24 hours. They offer no phone number. I've been trying to reach Thily to place another order for 40 wine tumblers and have questions about a couple specific products. I sent them an email ten days ago, another one four days ago, and yet another one yesterday. I haven't heard back from anyone and my frustration level is mounting. I feel like Thily does not value me as a customer, so I will take my business elsewhere. Yeti seems to be a viable alternative. So long, Thily.
