When requesting refund was only going to give 10%of cost back, than said 30% or merch credit. I would NEVER do business with this company agsin. Also I was led to believe that it is US based, return warehouse is in Asia ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ebsite description and picture were deceiving - Gerard Gallagher · 2026-09-01 · 已验证 Ebsite description and picture were deceiving. When I went to do a return I only got 20%. What a rip off - Bye Bye Olives!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Sent bags that are fakes and poor… - Maggie Fisher · 2026-08-25 · 已验证 Sent bags that are fakes and poor imitations of the picture they pirated and post on their website. They insist you return it to China to get a full refund even though the website state they are based in Wyoming. The shipping cost exceeds $100 for a 300 gram package. Obviously not going to do that. Very poor experience. ### ★★★★★ The bag is exactly how it was described… - Nancy Childers · 2026-08-25 The bag is exactly how it was described I love it ### ★★☆☆☆ Delivery is taking too long. - Eunmi Lee · 2026-08-22 · 已验证 Delivery is taking too long. I remember ordering around July 31st, so it’s really too much that it’s taking over three weeks. I don't know if it’s just my order, but if it’s going to take this long, I wouldn't be so disappointed if you had at least notified me via email beforehand. I haven't received it yet, so I can't write a product review. The way customer service is handled is disappointing. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I never got my package - Dawn B · 2026-08-21 · 已验证 I never got my package! I sent a e mail to carrier to give delivery instructions after the first failed delivery attempt. They said they understood and don’t worry my package would be delivered. However they did not follow instructions and now they are sending package back! I wanted my package but the delivery service is not reliable at ALL! ### ★☆☆☆☆ The rattan handbag was poorly made - Nancy Morgenstetn · 2026-08-21 · 已验证 The rattan handbag was poorly made. Quality was inferior. I was leaving for vacation- so I wasn’t able to return it in the two week window. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible company - scam - customer · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 Terrible company. Misrepresents items then won’t refund unless item is returned to an international address in China costing $50 for shipping (paid $54 for item that is $6 on Am*****). ### ★★★★★ Great customer service! - Sara · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 ### ★☆☆☆☆ looked nothing like the picture online - Sol · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Cheap shit from China that you're… - J. Powell · 2026-08-08 · 已验证 Cheap shit from China that you're blackmailed into keeping because it costs too much to ship it back to China. Next time I'm reporting them for fraud. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/thinkolives.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/thinkolives.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
