Having them at‑hand makes a real difference, and we’re pleased our design supports that ease of use. (2026-07-21): Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with ThinOptics. We’re delighted to hear how you first discovered our glasses through a friend and how quickly they became an everyday essential for you. Knowing that they fit seamlessly into your purse or attach to your phone while remaining so lightweight and comfortable means a lot to us. Your happiness and confidence in our products are always our top priorities, and it’s rewarding to know that our service exceeded your expectations. Your kind words about our readers, their convenience, and the support you received truly inspire us. Thank you for giving us five stars and for being part of the ThinOptics community. (2026-07-16): Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that the glasses did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort, fit, and frame appearance. We understand how disappointing it must be when the product differs from the sales image and does not feel suitable to wear. I will be sure to share your feedback with our design team. (2026-07-16): We’re delighted to hear how useful you find your ThinOptics readers and that keeping them inside your mobile phone cover has been convenient. Our goal is to make everyday vision solutions simple and accessible, so it’s wonderful to know the product is serving you well. Thank you for sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve and ensures others can see how practical ThinOptics can be. (2026-07-10): Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I’m glad you like the product, but I understand how it could be disappointing to expect a protective case and instead receive only a thin Styrofoam sleeve. Our current packaging for this item is designed to keep the glasses safe during shipping, but it does not include a hard case. We do offer compatible cases separately that provide everyday protection. (2026-07-06): Thank you for sharing your experience with ThinOptics! We’re delighted to know our readers have been a reliable backup for you over the years, and we’re glad our customer service team could quickly assist with your recent nose piece issue. It’s wonderful to hear you’re enjoying the phone‑mounted case as well. Convenience is exactly what we aim for. (2026-07-06): Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear about the frustration with the magnetic case design and the delay in receiving a reply from our team. We understand how important it is for the case to feel secure and align with the convenience of MagSafe, and I regret that this design did not meet your expectations. I will be sure to raise this with our design team to look into. (2026-07-06): Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled to hear you find our readers compact, convenient, and of outstanding quality. It’s wonderful to know you enjoy using all three pairs! Your support means a lot to us, and we’re glad our products have made a difference for you. (2026-07-06): Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the anniversary product and the difference you noticed compared to the adhesive version. We understand how frustrating it must feel to pay a premium and then see the item discounted shortly after, and we regret that the magnetic case did not meet your expectations. I will be sure to raise this with our design team to look into. (2026-06-15): Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s also wonderful to know our customer service team was able to provide helpful support. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re glad our products and service are making a positive difference for you. (2026-06-11): Thank you so much for sharing your kind words!
