All customers acknowledge at the start of their process that they are responsible for signing their agreement, as prenuptial agreements must be executed before the wedding to be valid and enforceable. We sent multiple reminders to you and your partner to sign the agreement, even reaching out at 6:30am on your wedding morning in April 2025. All notarization takes place off our platform through a third-party notary partner and we had no site interruptions at that time. DocuSign records confirm the notary session was first initiated the day after your wedding, at which point the session was terminated by the notary as the agreement could no longer be legally notarized.
