Today I tried to book tickets. I only needed 1. I was given a reminder yesterday of 30 mins before openig to join the queue. This suddenly disappeared afer a while this morning. I found myself in a lobby then put through at opening of sale quite quickly. Two minutes till I was able to book. Every seat I chose was then not available. When I actually got a seat it then came through as an error code. It is a pity they can't explain their system more precisely. At the moment I'm partially disabled but didn't think it fair to reserve an isle seat or a disabled one. Hopefully some returns will become available. This booking service is appalling. I wonder if anyone will reply. It is obviously run by money-grabbing bots. This is not true, since I can open other event pages on its website.
