False advertising. - Ian Duncan · 2026-10-22 I ordered a “handmade Panama hat and paid over $40 for it. They sent me a cheap paper fiber hat factory-made in China, which looked nothing like the image displayed in the advertisement. When I complained they offered me a 15% refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ### ★★★★★ This is my first time ordering - Leon Racette · 2026-10-06 This is my first time ordering, however it was an easy and simple process. Waiting to receive and see the product I had ordered and anticipating the outcome as a first time buyer from Tiendahat! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered a Panama straw hat size XXL… - Siep Nyholt · 2026-10-03 Ordered a Panama straw hat size XXL using their size chart which says XXL is for 7 3/4 - 8. I wear a 7 3/4. Was actually concerned it would be too big. Well it’s a size 7 at best. Hassle free returns is a joke. They offer a 10% credit and you can keep a useless hat. Return shipping is at your cost and equals or exceeds the value of the hat; that is made in China, not Ecuador. There’s a FB site where you can see more reviews like this that goes back over 3 years. Total scam! I’m getting my full refund through my cc company. ### ★★★★★ Hot Panama Jack - Candi Kaufman · 2026-09-29 Lots of options. Beautiful styles. Great quality. ### ★☆☆☆☆ STAY WELL CLEAR.. - Paul Stroud · 2026-09-29 Go nowhere near this company, my hat that arrived bore no resemblance to the one i payed for, wrong colour, wrong size, wrong hat, i would not have payed £2 for this garbage, not answering any of my concerning emails- Do yourselves a big favour and stay clear.... ### ★★★★★ many chioces of great hats - Oscar Diaz · 2026-09-22 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bad cowboyhat - Sherif Keqekolla · 2026-08-28 The cowboyhat came in a box that was too smal so it was all broken and the quality was bad, the shipping took too long. But you get what you pay for i guess. ### ★☆☆☆☆ TiendaHat.com product shipped different from what was advertised - Jeffery · 2026-08-28 I purchased a hat from TiendaHat.com based on the photographs and description shown on their website. Unfortunately, the hat I received was materially different from what I ordered. The brim was different from the advertised hat, the emblem/badge shown on the side was missing, and the hat I received was approximately 2 inches smaller than the size I ordered. I contacted TiendaHat and provided them with an opportunity to resolve the problem. Rather than acknowledge that the product did not match the listing, they offered me only a 15% refund or requiring me to pay for international shipping to return the hat to China. I do not consider that an appropriate resolution for receiving a product that is substantially different from the one I purchased. I am now disputing the transaction with my credit-card company and will provide the original product listing, photographs of the hat I received, my order information, and my correspondence with TiendaHat. I am posting this review so other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this merchant and considering other ones that stand behind their product. ### ★★★★★ Good value - Dave W. · 2026-08-27 Good value.
