We're sorry to hear that the sample did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide customers with an accurate representation of the color, finish, and material before purchasing. While our sample is not a full sheet, it is designed specifically for evaluating the product's appearance. In fact, our sample size is one of the largest offered by online tile retailers. For customers who would like to see a larger portion of the pattern or visualize the installation more accurately, we always recommend purchasing a full sheet, which provides the complete design and layout. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the shopping experience. If there's anything we can do to help with your project, please don't hesitate to reach out. (2026-08-03): Thank you so much for your amazing review!
