One of the dresses arrived damaged, and the strap was barely sewn on with thin thread that didn’t even match the color of the dress. The quality of the dresses is extremely cheap and absolutely not worth the price. The pricing feels completely inflated for what you receive. On top of that, customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. The fabric quality was extremely poor, and one of the items didn’t match the description or photos on their website. I even provided clear photo evidence, yet the company refused to take responsibility for their mistake. When I asked about returning the items, they advised against it, saying I’d have to pay expensive shipping and customs fees back to China. Instead, they offered me only $8 to keep everything — even though I spent $80.
