your communications is terrible...for…
your communications is terrible...for what I paid I got such a small amount of product I doubt I would ever order again from you...I run a medical health spa business and am looking for people and suppliers I can count on for product in a timely manner....you just don't seem to fit the bill Christine Byer should have never recommended you folks as your company and its lack of service and communications with your customers sucks in my opinion...you need to do a LOT better. In terms of rating your company I believe I just did. Blaming the customer for your long turnaround time is also as unprofessional as your telling them to go to whatsapp to contact you. The only time you communicate is when you are prompted to do so. Poor service! Dan Slentz

Fantastic customer service via Whats App. Despite the major time difference, the reps at TKTX were always prompt and courteous. We had to communicate quite a bit b/c my parcel was seemingly lost in transit and arrived 24 hours before my knee tattoo-- WHEW! I certainly KNEEded it (ha, sorry). The product worked exactly as described for the outline part, aka the worst part. It had pretty much worn off by the time we got to shading and coloring because I absolutely felt that part, but it must have been working in the background because the pain was mostly tolerable. Definitely allow plenty of time for the shipment, and know that the tube is itty-bitty. I'll be ordering a bunch more now that I know how amazing it is, and all I have left are the really painful spots (my other knee, ribs, back of my knees... so the hinges, lol) Thanks TKTX!

Bad Customservice!!! Would not order again!
Wanted to cancel and re-do my order, the customerservice said that it is cancelled and I can order again. Wanted a confirmation about the cancellation and they said again, that my order is cancelled and I can re-do my order, even if i havent got my money back, i will recive it later. I was everyday in contact with the WA Customservice but now my first order is on its way and „its my fault“ cause there were problems in our communication.. such a bad service!!! At least the order is on it‘s way but I think this is a trap.. would not order again!
