Shipping was super weird. Multiple emails showing different depart and arrival times. There are also several pieces of items that were not listed in the install manual and I have no idea what they're for. The manual also did not match the parts sent so installing the bows arms was a challenge to say the least. Now thay I think I have it assembled correctly it looks like a good bow. Arrow notches and feathers don't align well also. I wish I could have left a better review.

The bow I ordered was excellent quality…
The bow I ordered was excellent quality and shoots great. The only negative I have is that the bow I ordered was not in stock, at the time, and it was going to take a several weeks to get it. I was not informed of this, upfront, and had to find out for myself. I changed from the 55 lb ordered to a 50lb which was in stock and it was sent in good time. The customer service was responsive and helpful.

The delivery was fast, the staff very helpful in resolving problems and they stand behind the quality they sell. Highly recommended.
Good limbs for a good price
The limbs I purchased were easy to find on their website. Payment was quick and easy. They shipped in a timely manner. Limbs were exactly what I was looking for, and cheaper than on Amazon.

I am very happy with the quality of my order of bow, arrows, and quiver from Toparchery. My only disappointment was an error with shipping that was not an error of the Toparchery company. I will order from them again; soon.

ordered twice and first time got what I wanted second time I only got the arrows without broadheads. So unfair because they told me I ordered one without broadheads and one without but I know what the heck I ordered.

I wasn’t happy this was coming from…
I wasn’t happy this was coming from China because I try to avoid by anything from there. However, Julia was excellent with communicating shipping delays and true to her word and for that I am giving a five star review. The bow also is quite nice and pleasant to shoot.
Never arrived.
Ordered a new bow for my wife for Christmas on November 28th... paid in full and still haven't received it in Jan. 8th. I contacted them and was simply told it's shipped. I would love to give it a good review, but simply can't judge the product cause it hasn't arrived.

I ordered a bow for my son for Christmas in November and it is not even in the USPS shipping system. I guess it will be for his birthday. I have not even gotten a communication from them apologizing for the delay or explaining it. Terrible customer service.
