I paid through iDEAL on their website, but after payment, I was redirected back to the checkout page. Despite showing proof of payment multiple times, including bank statements and transaction references, they kept claiming the order was "pending" and insisted I contact my bank or pay again. My bank confirmed the payment went through successfully. After a full week of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, I believe this is either serious incompetence or outright fraud.
