We are genuinely confused by this feedback. The competitors you refer to all use exactly the same SIM market as we do - it's provided by Ninjatrader, so there will be no difference in performance across firms. We have also not had feedback like this from the thousands of traders that use our service every month. The only thing we can think of is that there was an issue with the copy trading software you were using.
