It all began with an email that stated, because my initial deposit of USD 1,000 was made via credit card, only that amount could be returned to my card. Additionally, I was informed that a recent bank statement was necessary for a full withdrawal to my bank account. I promptly provided my bank account details, only to be told yet again that a bank statement was required. After submitting my information a second time and sending a follow-up email for a status update, I still received no clear response. Ultimately, I found myself expending a significant amount of time and energy just to obtain an IBAN certificate from my bank to comply with their requests, as acquiring a full bank statement proved to be a challenge. The entire ordeal was marked by unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges and frustrating delays, all for what should have been a straightforward withdrawal. The lack of proactive communication and the burdensome documentation requirements rendered this experience a disappointing chapter in customer service. ### ★★★★★ With my experience with the site - matio bernand · 2024-08-01 With my experience with the site, all I can say is that it is very good. I had few suggestions hence I write this review. While in the meeting I found Mr Harsh agarwal a bit disparaging and off. If he could improve up on his communication it would be really appreciated in the future as during our second meeting I was Introducing my partner with our business proposal and I found his attitude to be a little too arrogant, sorry to say this.
