Hi Alessandro, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points, as there may have been some misunderstanding: 1. Subscription / Payment Issue Your subscription did not renew because your bank declined our payment attempts and even blocked further retries. We also provided you with a screenshot as proof showing the transaction rejection by your bank. This confirms the issue was not related to our payment gateway, but rather a restriction imposed by your bank. We kindly suggest contacting your bank to lift the block so payments can proceed. 2. VPS Performance & RAM Usage You currently have two VPS with 4 GB RAM each. Our monitoring showed one was using 6 GB and the other 5 GB — well above the allocated resources. This overload directly caused performance issues. We promptly highlighted this to you and shared solutions to manage the excessive usage. 3. CPU Usage (Antimalware Service Executable) We also identified unusually high CPU usage from the Windows Antimalware Service Executable process. Step-by-step solutions were provided, and we even offered to access your server directly to assist if needed. Both the RAM overload and the CPU process are usage-related factors that can slow down performance, and we responded promptly with support and guidance. If our proposed fixes did not resolve your issue, please let us know. We would be glad to assist further if you grant us access to the server for investigation. Without access, we can only provide external instructions. We truly value your business and hope this clarifies the situation. We have never ignored any client in our entire business, especially when it comes to payment issues. In your case, we noticed the subscription charges continued for nine months before you reached out to us only recently in September 2025. Our system always sends clear cancellation steps to your email upon cancellation, and subscriptions can be ended directly on your end at any time. Once we received your email, our team immediately guided you on the cancellation steps. The extra payments had already been automatically credited into your account. However, since the payments exceeded PayPal’s 6-month refund window, we’re unable to process them through the normal channel. Instead, we need to arrange a manual re-send of the payment. For this, verification on your side is required, and we’re still waiting for your response to proceed. We also attempted to call you but were unable to reach you. Out of goodwill, our team will continue to follow up directly to assure you that we are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Hi Lance — I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. After investigating your case, here’s the timeline so everything is clear: On 21 July, you contacted us to cancel. We immediately opened a support ticket to understand the reason and sent you a reply with cancellation steps. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any response. Because the service was still on auto-renew, a charge was processed on 6 August. On 6 August, we also followed up and offered a pro-rated refund option to your account credit. Again, there was no response. On 20 August, a formal cancellation was placed together with a request for a three-month refund. To resolve this, we are refunding the August payment in full. While we can’t refund months where the service was already active and in use, we want to be fair and transparent. Regarding your comments on downtime and trades, we log uptime and maintenance windows, and we’re happy to share and review these with you if you’d like us to investigate your VPS instance further. We value your feedback and will use this to improve our cancellation process and communication flow. ++ Second Communication (Goodwill Refund Extension) ++ After the refund of the August payment, you requested that we consider another refund based on your original cancellation date of 21 July. Even though our Terms & Conditions do not usually allow for pro-rated refunds after early termination, we understand your concerns and want to resolve this amicably. As a gesture of goodwill, we will extend a pro-rated refund from 21 July. We hope this shows our genuine intent to be fair and understanding, even beyond our usual policies.
