Dear Troy, We understand that the tickets were open however not paid as it may happen due to one of the following reasons. The card may have not been verified at that time as it undergoes the verification process for security reasons \ may be bank did not authorize the transaction due to suspicious activity. You have been contacted by our team and we wanted to offer the same price that you have reserved the seats however it was brought to our notice that you have already made the reservation and hence as requested the booking was not confirmed.
