- ERIKA Johnson · 2026-07-16 ·

(2026-07-17): Hi Erika,🌼

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your package arrived late and missed your boyfriend's birthday. We know how frustrating it is when a special moment doesn't go as planned, and we hate that we let you down here. Our 6-8 day shipping to US is standard, but unexpected logistics delays can sometimes happen.🚚
We are glad to hear that our customer service team was there for you every step of the way to keep you updated. We truly hope your boyfriend loves his gift.

We would love the chance to welcome you back in the future and give you the flawless experience you deserved from the start.💚

Best regards,
Alina, Trendhim 💚

- Dayton Talbert · 2026-06-24 ·

(2026-06-25): Hello Dayton,

Thank you for your feedback, and I am truly sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding your order and the return charge.I want to clarify how our earrings are sold so this makes more sense. To allow our customers the freedom to mix and match different styles, we sell our earrings individually (as single pieces) rather than in pairs. To support customers who do want a matching pair, our website automatically applies a 15% discount on the second earring during checkout. However, I completely understand that this was not clear during your shopping experience. I have just reached out to you from info@trendhim.us to see how I can help you further.

Warm regards,
Alina, Trendhim 🩵
