Great bike, rides superb! Suffered a bent derailleur hanger and needed a replacement. Ordered it on their website and received the replacement real quick. And on top.of that: excellent customer care and communications with the support desk. Had this experience earlier with some other parts too. Sets Triaero apart from a bunch of brands! ### ★★★★★ Great communication throughout!! - Allan Chen · 2026-09-12 · 已验证 ### ★★★☆☆ Poor Tracking but great Product - Leonardo Zarco Romero · 2026-05-19 · 已验证 Ordered a set of G25 carbon wheels and while the ordering process and website were easy to navigate the tracking afterwards was a bit disappointing. My order took about 15 business days to finally ship and I didn't receive any update on the order until 5 days before they were set to deliver. They were also set to be shipped via UPS or USPS but were instead shipped via Amazon. Not the worst experience by any means, I would definitely order again as the quality of the wheels is amazing but definitely some things that could have been better. ### ★★★★★ Fast delivery and excellent product - Derek Grant · 2026-04-23 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Enduro P9 carbo frame - Marian Tolescu · 2026-02-28 Hello. We bought an Enduro P9 carbo frâne. The product came in a good protective packing in about 20 days. Colour of the frame is a bit darker than on the site, but it fits the other pieces better. It looks great . Great product overall. Thx ### ★★★★★ Graro Frame Order - Excellent Experience - Moritz · 2026-02-05 I ordered a Graro gravel bike frame from Triaero/Ican on December 16th. After the frame was painted, it was shipped on January 2nd to my address in Germany. The international shipping was very fast and the frame already arrived a week later. Communication was perfect throughout the whole process, especially with Peggy from customer service. She was always responsive, clear, and helpful. The frame was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is outstanding for the price - even better than I would have expected. All accessories required for building up the bike were included, except for the internal cable routing headset cover. This was clearly communicated by Peggy before shipping, so there were no surprises. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience. Great product, great service, and great value for money. I would definitely order from Triaero/Ican again. ### ★★★★★ ICAN bike part - Hricko · 2026-01-05 I have a bike that got a destroyed rear axle. After a search I found Triaero seemed to have the part. I ordered it and was contacted by a representative (Peggy) to make sure it would work. They quickly verified the fit and shipped the axle. It arrived in a little over a week - much quicker than I anticipated. Great experience as my next step was to get a custom axle from a machine shop. ### ★★★★★ Great product and service - Graro gravel frame - NB · 2025-12-23 Excellent pre-sales service from Peggy answering detailed technical questions quickly. Impressive custom colour selection provided as standard. Peggy confirmed details of the order accurately throughout the purchase process. Photo provided of frame prior to shipping which gave extra confidence. Frame arrived well packed and appears to be good quality. Assembled cleanly and completed bike rides really well. ### ★★★★★ Great professionalism and seriousness - Marco Damiano Di Geso · 2025-08-26 · 已验证 Great professionalism and seriousness. Triareo is a reliable company that I truly recommend to all cycling enthusiasts. ### ★★★★★ Nice representative - Christoph · 2025-08-19 · 已验证 Nice representative. Very helpful email contact ### ★★★★★ X-gravel 2 - walter karlsson · 2025-08-10 Excellent customer service. Fast and accurate responses and I was able to make changes after the order was already placed. Products look great and top quality. ### ★★★★★ Hands down, the best online bicycle company! - Bob A. · 2025-07-30 One of the best online companies I've dealt with - if not 'the best'. Outstanding customer service rep (Peggy), initiated communications to insure my order was correct (20 inch 451 tri-spoke carbon wheel). The wheel is flawless. I'll be ordering more. Highly recommend this company without reservation. And shipping took only 8 days, as hard as UPS tried their very best to extend that to a month or more - only half kidding - distance from Triaero to Vancouver is 6400 miles as crow flies. UPS managed to send the wheel on a 29,000 mile criss-crossing tour of North America and the Pacific ocean. But they didn't lose it!!! ### ★★★★★ Good communication and quick delivery - Chris Roberts · 2025-01-17 · 已验证 Good communication with sales team (Peggy) to help pick based on availability and quick delivery to Australia. Great Service ### ★★★★★ Track bike frame arrived quick and in one piece. - Tudor-Valentin Pana · 2024-09-05 · 已验证 The bike frame arrived quite fast, it is undamaged and all the bits and bobs are there. The wrapping was really good too. Customer support was quick, but there was a language barrier. ### ★★★★★ The support staff was very helpful and… - Michael Ross · 2024-07-18 · 已验证 The support staff was very helpful and friendly Thanks ### ★★★★★ Great communication and speedy shipping - Allen · 2023-12-14 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Great frames at a great price - Samuel DeGonia · 2023-10-17 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Good price, excellent Product, perfect order handling - Falk Döring · 2023-02-27 · 已验证 I am glad to leave a positive review for my recent shopping experience with triaero.com.
