- priyanka java · 2026-07-28

- Jessica Friedman · 2026-07-04

(2026-07-04): Hi Jessica
Sorry we have not been able to come to a solution we gave you all options , we can use the old metal and stones and make you a new ring too at our cost , what we cannot do is exchange it for another stone size or stone after you have worn the ring more than 7 months , matter of fact we have not even seen the ring yet to determine how we can help you in the best way possible.
We are always a email or phone call away if you want us to fix the ring or make you new one anytime you want us do at no charge to you
Just don’t be unhappy we have more than 25K plus products around the world worn by our customers and we take care of them like a family, so let us know how can we resolve this issue

We had fun making it , Emeralds and Diamonds combo are just gorgeous but super hard to bring together as they need to match well.
