We will certainly provide your feedback to our technical team how beneficial it would be for guest to be able to access tickets via their Google Wallet. We do show that your tickets should have come with a non-alcoholic beverage at quick service restaurants around the park. Was it a fountain beverage you were trying to redeem at said locations?

We'd like to investigate this review further. We wouldn't have been able to attempt to charge your card if the tickets on our site weren't something in which we offered. What is your email address? We'd be happy to veirfy what the authorization was for.

In cases in which our guests want to move, we do try to call the venue to assist guests with the change; however, we can only allow what the Titanic will allow us to. We're sorry to hear we weren't able to move your tickets to another date after agreeing to the policy provided.
