Thanks for the review! We appreciate you taking the time to share. We're sorry to hear the straps didn't work with your setup. We're also sorry they didn't arrive as soon as you expected. We do accept returns and we will be reaching out to you directly with return instructions. We would also like to see if we can find a kit that would work with your setup. Thank you for your support!
Thank you for the feedback! We are sorry about the missing cotter pin. I know that can be frustrating when an order arrives with a missing part. We will get one out right away. Thank you for your support!
Thank you for the 5 stars! We're glad we could get the issue with your oversize load sign resolved quickly. We appreciate your patience and are grateful to have earned your future business. Thank you for choosing TruckNTow!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! It's great to know the Vulcan security lock and chain you purchased provides the peace of mind you deserve. We appreciate your support and recommendation.
