- Robert Stewart · 2026-07-31 ·

- Lorrie Valerio · 2026-07-23

Thank you for your business and for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback.

We're sorry to hear the licensing issue made the setup process more time-consuming than expected. While we provide guidance for deployment and activation, every computer environment can be different, so it's not always possible to know in advance what additional steps, such as removing an existing Office license, may be required. We understand how frustrating it can be when an unexpected step delays the installation.

We're glad everything is now working properly, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to make our instructions clearer and improve the experience for future customers. If you ever need assistance in the future, our support team will be happy to help.

Thank you,
TrustedTech

(2026-07-20): Hi Larry,

Thank you for your business and for taking the time to leave a review. We truly appreciate your feedback.

We understand from your emails, that you're not a technical person, and we know that installation can sometimes be challenging. Our goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible and to help you get everything up and running.

We wanted to check in and see if you've received the latest instructions from our support team. Were you able to use the Office Deployment Tool as outlined in the guide? Also, have you had a chance to remove the existing Microsoft 365 installation from your computer? Those steps are often necessary before Publisher can be installed successfully.

If you're still having trouble or haven't received our latest response, please let us know. We're happy to continue working with you until everything is installed and working properly.

Thank you,
TrustedTech

- George A. · 2026-07-02 · 已验证
