Every week the vendors are the same and if there are different vendor(s), have to battle up to be the lucky ones. As of today, I have ordered from SmartBite 6 times and pending today and tomorrow +2 times. My company is ~ 80Pax and has been using SmartBite for our lunch catering; with 4 x different restaurants daily. This site/app has been very helpful for a few reasons: -The food comes prelabelled, and avoids confusion as to who belongs to which vegetarian, non-veg, or dietary option. -The choices are simple to upgrade/top up with additional money, if you exceed the dally allowance -We can suggest additional food options and let the site deal with adding them. So far, the deliveries have been consistent and on time. There was a time whereby a Smartbite Ops member told me my lunch was left out intentionally by a vendor (Phovietz) and I should just file for a refund.
