They promise to refund the subscription fee if not satisfied, but, they never did. I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours because the connection was very bad but did not even get a reply from them until 6 months later and without a refund asking me to contact their management. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not subscribe to this unless you want to waste your time and money cancelling it - Dennis Chen · 2026-07-29 This subscription sets you up on auto renewal, doesn't have a way to cancel the subscription other than contact their customer support, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in multiple countries (the company runs out of Singapore, and a quick check suggests it is illegal too). They also do not send you a reminder about your subscription prior to renewal, and just charge to your account. Couldn't get a refund back but writing this to tell people to stay away from it. Hopefully this site loses it business for its dodgy practices ### ★★☆☆☆ An obnoxious method to cancel your subscription - Eric Johnson · 2026-07-04 The process for cancelling your subscription is very frustrating. You have to do it on the original device and you must do it via email or chat with a bot. I have no faith in either method to ensure my messages a wishes are being sent through and seen by a person to see the cancellation is completed. ### ★★★★★ thaanks and good - Yanuarius Tae · 2026-06-30 ### ★★★★★ M3Bets - Mochhabber Hossain · 2026-06-05 Online real bet gaming platform ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAM: Fake Locations, False Advertising, and Impossible to Cancel! - Lu Yang · 2026-05-26 Avoid Turbo VPN. They use deceptive bait-and-switch tactics and "dark pattern" traps to steal your money. Fake Server Locations: I bought this service because their website explicitly advertised a server in Tahiti. Once I paid and logged into the app, that location didn't even exist. They generate fake landing pages for random global locations just to trick people into buying. Trapped Subscriptions: You cannot cancel with a simple click of a button like regular apps. They force you to go through customer service just to stop your subscription. Zero Support / No Refunds: When I demanded a refund for their false advertising, customer service completely ignored me, wasted my time, and closed my case without giving my money back. They lie about their product, make it impossible to cancel, and pass the buck when caught. Do not trust them with your credit card. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Deceptive Billing Practices & Refusal to Comply with NY Consumer Law - Zachary Wu · 2026-03-30 I am utterly disappointed by Turbo VPN’s deceptive auto-renewal practices. They charged my credit card $99.99 for an annual renewal without sending a single advance notification or email reminder. As a New York resident, I know this is a direct violation of local consumer protection laws regarding auto-renewals. Furthermore, I have absolute ZERO usage on my account since the renewal hit. Despite this obvious lack of use and the fact that new users get 27 months for only $79.99, their support team coldly refused a refund and hid behind a "30-day policy" template. This company relies on trapping old users and punishing them for forgetting to navigate their complicated cancellation maze. I am filing a formal chargeback and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Ticket #2961087 - Escalate this to Management and process my refund. ### ★★★★★ Excellent - Hjalmar Salomón · 2026-02-25 Good app, all in one ### ★★★★★ GENERATING DEVINE NOOR AND BLESSINGS… - gourab khushrow · 2026-01-18 GENERATING DEVINE NOOR AND BLESSINGS FOR UNSHAKEBLE FAITH AND IMAAN TOWARDS OUR CREATOR ALLAH ### ★★★★★ TRUTH - Shamim Chowdhary · 2025-12-06 JUST FANTASTIC ### ★☆☆☆☆ Malwere malwere and malwere - Domas Ps · 2025-08-31 Malwere malwere and malwere. No. There is no other vpn. Only TURBOVPN.com ### ★★★★★ realy joy to access any network - Irwan Setiawan · 2025-05-10 realy joy to access any network ### ★☆☆☆☆ Undoubted scammers - Yury · 2025-04-17 Turbo vpn worked only 2 times, after which there were no more connections. Attempts to solve the problem with support took a lot of time, but did not give any result. I refused to use and demanded a refund. They said "yes", but did not return anything. Moreover, after half a year they withdrew money from my account again. Undoubted scammers. ### ★★★★★ very good sir - Chaerudin · 2025-03-06 ### ★★★★★ I have heard good about this platform… - Anu Ganesh · 2025-03-04 · 已验证 I have heard good about this platform and hope to use it well.
