thiefs Tricked into paying a one year subscription, it seems they can't refund when paid from google play store. So beware, don't join any free trials!!! Awfully slow servers btw p.s. again, they repeat the same thing over and over, saying that they can't refund after the free trial has finished However, of course I unsubscribed on their site after way before the free trial ended. As a matter of fact I unsubsribed the second day on their website, seeing how awfully slow their connections are and how tiny number of servers they offer. Well, that unsubscription doesn't count, although a pop upp window "you have unsubscribed" comes out. Why, because you should also unsubscribe on google play store? because it seems that these guys consider me trying to use their package on 2 devices (android and PC) as using two free trials? so android was downloaded from google play and I should unsubscribe there? thank you guys for your shady 60$ hunt. What is worse, I spoke to google play support and they said they can't do anything about it. I specifically asked google play to decline any transactions tried from turbo vpn in the future but now I am totally afraid they (turbovpn) will charge me 60$ again next May. On top of all that, I said to myself: ok , they tricked me into a one year paid membership, I can maybe use it from time to time although I ordered a new VPN. But hey, I can't, because it clearly states "you don't have any active memberships". Well, why do you keep my money then? Also, you can't write a EU citizen complaint as they are located in Singapure. Awful, just awful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS!
