### ★★★★★ Typecase Keyboard
- Siv · 2026-01-27

We purchased a Typecase product for an iPad 11 pro. One of the keys came off and we contacted Typecase for warranty coverage.

The response time was within a couple of hours and they provided instructions on possibly fixing the key issue. We were unsuccessful. We contacted customer support again and the response time again was prompt. The company was able to send a new keyboard immediately.

The delivery was fast and we received the new keyboard within 24 hours. This is an awesome company with great customer support.

### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY A TYPECASE
- Roonie H · 2025-09-24

DO NOT BUY A TYPECASE. IT IS MADE OF THE CHEAPEST PLASTIC COMPONENTS AND WILL CRACK ALL AROUND. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. MADE IN CHINA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Slow processing time and horrible customer service
- Layla · 2025-01-08

I placed an order on December 27th and still have not received it. I followed up on January 2nd, only to be told the color I originally selected was out of stock. I then chose a different color, but I have yet to receive any tracking information or updates. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Typecase. The lack of communication and delays have been very frustrating.

### ★★★★★ the best iPad keyboard case brand

the best iPad keyboard case brand, quality as apple, price much cheaper and more variation with colors.
