However this UDEL 'company' seems like an absolute scam. I can't find a single piece of positive information to suggest that it isn't. I would suggest requesting an immediate refund if a company is using them. As others have said, I hope that they are shut down. I ordered a Tent as a Christmas present in October which was sent by sea. UDEL received the parcel on 1st November, and it is allegedly in their sorting depot. Despite numerous emails they insist on saying the delay is due to volume of freight I have informed the supplier Temu who have put pressure on them but sadly no positive responsa.
