### ★☆☆☆☆ refused to credit deposit despite receiving funds …
- Vanessa Vowles · 2026-09-06

Despite having my Osko receipt confirming my deposit, they refused to credit the funds to my account. They stated they had not received the money; however, my bank confirmed that the payment had successfully gone through.

The customer service has been terrible. When I requested proof that they had not received the funds, they refused to provide any.

I would say this is one of the most untrustworthy online casinos I have experienced to date, and I am a big player. I would strongly advise others not to deposit here. In my experience, they have failed to honour my deposit and the customer service has been absolutely appalling.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Don't set yourself up for being robbed
- Belinda Gibson · 2026-07-04

Every time I give them a try it's terrible experience, the staff don't seem to understand what you're trying to say and the really just don't care. I have walked away without making a deposit on multiple occasions. I would not waste my time or money here you will just be disappointed. Somehow they lost my deposit, my bank said the payment was accepted and processed by their bank but all they could do or say was "Our bank not have deposit yet" over and over, completely hopeless
