I messaged the seller right away with pics and they replied saying will a full refund be ok. I said that’s all I want and send me a return label to send the tops back. They then ignored me and it’s been over 2 months now. I messaged DH Gate who has repeatedly ignored me and my bank have contacted them. They eventually after a month replied to my bank saying the transaction was correct and they don’t see a problem. Clearly people working or selling on DH Gate are nothing but colour blind 🤦🏼‍♂️ honestly they’re cheap for a reason and shocking customer service. If you are lucky enough to even receive the item, then you will probably be dissapointed in the quality anyway. Its utter garbage most of the time. If you do not receive your item or want to get a refund forget about it! Customer services consist of a bot and if you do try and escalate then Dhgate always take the side of the seller. You will lose your money simple as that. There is usually a generic response to these reviews by Dh gate please ignore it, they dont actually do anything. Its just for show. They dont give a damn. I also ordered a T-shirt on another order, this has not been delivered either and been in transit for 1 month. They do not reply on their chat and impossible to contact. Have post office tracking to say it was returned to sender by the post office. The seller knows that because they kept telling me the post office still had it and the tracking clearly state's it was returned to sender. Opened a dispute and DhGate obviously didn't look into the facts in the dispute. And now I don't have the item and DhGate closed the dispute. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE is my advice. Having never dealt with DH GATE before I saw a jacket that I wanted but could not get anywhere else in my size. Therefore I opened an account with DH Gate and placed an order worth over GBP £90 with a “seller” listed as “ maonidayi ”. The order was placed on 14 March 2024 After a few days I checked the status only to find a message from the “seller” maonidayi saying that the jacket was out of stock and suggesting that they could send a different jacket. Because I did not want the other different jacket, I cancelled my order. The next day I discovered that the "seller" maonidayi had refused to cancel the order, so my money was gone. When I tried to get help from DH Gate, their system would not allow me to make a complaint until after goods had been received and only if I had clicked to say that the goods had been received !! Because the “seller” had no stock, this was obviously impossible because I had received no goods because there were no goods to be had. Therefore DH Gate had created a CATCH 22 situation for any purchaser who had money taken but no goods received. I was stuck DH Gate's CATCH 22. This is why you should not take the risk and NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. After many many many messages to DH Gate over many many days – over about a week in total – all to no avail, I finally contacted DH Gate's CEO Diane Wang with a letter of complaint setting out the problems. Diane Wang's details are easily found by researching the internet. Today ( 3rd April 2024 ) I finally managed to get my money refunded, but not without loads and loads of grief and hassle. The lesson to all readers of this review is simple – I recommend that you NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. You have been warned. ### ★☆☆☆☆ AVOID EMERGENCY !! - olive · 2019-06-12 AVOID EMERGENCY !! The sellers of this site are 90% doubtful. I made the sad experience with a product of very poor quality, and very different from the quality shown in their photos that are not contractual. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for 4 months. Customer service just "file a report". They must have filed the same report 20 times as absolutely no action was taken to help me in any way! I have spent the last 2 months trying to close my account, which again no effort has been made by DHgate's incompetent staff to delete my account.
