### ★☆☆☆☆ If you want a refund - be prepared to chase them!

Since my order was bought through Shopify, I was given a unique order number and was unable to use the traditional refund link on their website (this is due to them using shopify to handle Europe orders). I have had to chase customer service for a return label over a week and sent it off the same day I got the label, it's been a week but I haven't had any communication and I can't seem to find the label to track the parcel myself so I'm stuck chasing them for answers while I'm without my refund. It makes it even worse that all this is because the product didn't fit my ears, I love shokz and want to support their company, I had their headphones before but their website returns are atrocious and you're better off getting them from argos or another retailer with easier returns if they don't fit. I now have to worry if I will even get my money back for the order I returned. It shouldn't be this way for non American customers.

My parcel never arrived and the tracking says returned to sender. Shokz are refusing to refund me and say that the parcel needs to arrive back to them first before refunding. The consumer rights act 2015 states that the parcel remains the sellers responsibility until the parcel is safely delivered so its clear they are happy to break the rules here. Absolutely no customer service, looks like I will have to raise a claim with Paypal.
