I been emailing them for several days, weeks now? They finally gave me a tracking number that would work with USPS. I called USPS and spoke to an actual person and she said the postage was either never paid for or it was counterfeit postage. I am still waiting to hear back from this company. The package now hasnt moved in tracking for 4 weeks and now they claim they have sent another despite it being a specific easter gift for children so why would i want it late. Per their return policy, I requested a refund and return of the product. Today is Mar 8, 2026. They have not honored their own policy, will not send a postage paid label to get the product back AND have offered only $17 in refund.
