From day 2 I have filled out a form requesting tech support three weeks straight and have not received any response. The software supposedly has a "30 day trial and money back". They were quick to take my $339, but then left me to their A.I. generated support which is a pro in double talk and non-customer-resolution. ### ★★★★★ Have Used UniFab Tools for Man Years! - Michael Enloe · 2026-09-28 I have been a User of UniFab products for many years now, and I keep coming back because their software engineering is truly Genius! I have been and hope to be a loyal customer for many years to come! ### ★★★★☆ The software works pretty well, but still has problems - David McCoy · 2026-09-23 The software works pretty well. But you do still have problems with the converter merging files. At first, it would just hang up at one spot, now it seems to work but you have to close out the program before it will work again. You need to fix that. ### ★★★★★ Great software with lot of features - User · 2026-09-20 Great software, with lot of features included, and is quite updated all the time, obviously high end hardware is required for the offline options ### ★★★★★ UniFab is the best AI remix from ch to… - rang rangarajan · 2026-09-16 UniFab is the best AI remix from ch to 5.1 Audio ### ★★★★★ It makes conversions and changes simple. - Bill Schroeder · 2026-09-07 ### ★★★★★ Just purchased a lifetime license..was… - IAN JOHNSON · 2026-09-06 Just purchased a lifetime license..was hoping that was it ...The software they have made for your graphics card doesn't support working locally with your lifetime license...even with a high end PC..you cannot increase fps ..Ive tested it with gpu counter on display and its like the computer is asleep...I work in IT pc industry on games...Its a clever move because then you have to buy credits every month this is coloring movie..(.rtx works fantastic for upscaling) Great software though I could promote this to loads of clients that I've know in last 30 years but with this in mind it really ain't lifetime key as in description... Fab cloud however is amazing 👏 But having spent £300 for lifetime key i feel Ive also purchased dvdfab at £200. The software needs more fps support on local... ### ★☆☆☆☆ Unifab is a scam. - Dan Jacko Jako · 2026-08-23 Unifab is a scam. I purchased the all in one. Have had nothing but issues, videos stuttering and washed out. Every update things just get worse. The scan issue comes as they add Fabcloud software that requires credits. The issue is the have to buy the software, which you can't use without credits. The software should be free if you have to pay to use it. SCAM. ### ★☆☆☆☆ To avoid absolutely!!! - prosp · 2026-08-22 I bought a service a hundred dollars but I do not have access to its update without buying overpriced AI tokens + customer service that never responds otherwise than with meaningless AI phrases. To avoid absolutely!!! ### ★★★★☆ manual - Charles Oliver · 2026-08-22 the ability to modify files ### ★★★★★ worth to buy it does everything just… - pierre heijden · 2026-08-17 worth to buy it does everything just fine ### ★★★★☆ Some movies after upscaling loose… - Borys Andreyev · 2026-07-31 Some movies after upscaling loose smoothness. ### ★★★★★ Best enhancer - Bestleo · 2026-07-31 Really nice and you can choose untill 4k quality and super resulition and avery ai use. ### ★★★★★ I like the simple setup - jan thornblad · 2026-07-10 I like the simple setup.
