I ordered a sweatshirt Dec 4, 21 days before Christmas and didn't receive it until the 27. Disappointed that I didn't get it sooner as it was a Christmas present

The sweatshirt I ordered was made in cheap material. When I asked for a refund, they only offered me 20% off next order, and when I refused, they offered me $4 refund, or a full refund if I pay for the postage to mail it back to China! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

"Brown" Sweatpants that were actually pink and bad customer service
We ordered a pair of Sweatpants that were "brown" and when they arrived, they were a pinkish color; not brown at all. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to pay for shipping to return the pants to China despite the fact that the website says they will issue a full refund. The website neglects to mention the requirement that you must pay the return shipping. The products are cheap and the customer service is horrible. Save your money- don't buy anything from them.

Five starts for price, quality and customer service. Bought the “Forgive Them Father” hoodie, on sale. Great product for the price. Great quality sweater. Haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak as to how it holds up. Color is a light apricot as described. My only disappointment was the delivery time. I placed my ordered on 12/2 and received it on 12/26. Although when I inquired about my order, I received an email response the next business day, so good for customer service.
